After two decades in the tech industry, a lockdown, a layoff, and a 100,000 mile journey of self-rediscovery, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for cooking and set out to become a Chef.
Along the way, I've had the good fortune to cook at many fine establishments and to work with exceptional professionals who have inspired and taught me immensely. I study and practice my art every day.
My philosophy is simple: Food is life. Cooking is love.
