After two decades in the tech industry, a lockdown, a layoff, and a 100,000 mile journey of Self-rediscovery, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion for cooking and set out to become a Chef.
Along the way, I have had good fortune to cook at many fine establishments and to work with exceptional professionals who inspired and taught me immensely.
I am grateful for every guest I serve, and I share in the happiness and satisfaction that my food provides.
